Mainstage Director and Performer At 6'6" it would be hard to miss Bobby, even if he hadn't been a member of ImprovBoston since 2000. From improvisation to stand-up to scripted work, he can be seen performing comedy of all kinds all over Boston but has focused on directing and instruction. He has been teaching students and rocking corporate trainings on improvisation across all age and ability levels for well over a decade. Bobby is currently the Director of ImprovBoston's Mainstage cast and tours with the critically acclaimed Mama Bear. Whether you have seen him on TV commercials, heard his voices on cartoon shows, or had him as an instructor - chances are good you are going to remember him. |

Nils performs at Harold Night with BANKWOLF and teaches classes at ImprovBoston, and was formerly a member of FaceOff and Family Show. He began improvising with Bay Area Theatresports and continued to train with The Groundlings and the Upright Citizens Brigade. He teaches improv to actors and performers, as well as students interested in applying the tools of improv to areas outside of theatre, including business, design, and conflict resolution. He previously used improvisation skills every day in his work as a middle and high school English teacher in Boston. |

Deana Criess Tolliver has taught Improvisation, Sketch Writing and Stand Up to budding comedians of all ages. She is a veteran instructor at ImprovBoston and has taught comedy and drama classes at numerous schools, colleges, festivals and camp programs including the nationally acclaimed Charles River Creative Arts Program. Deana is an instructor with the ImprovBoston Comedy Camps and a facilitator for ImprovBoston Communications, IB's corporate/executive training arm. Deana is the creator and lead facilitator for ImprovBoston's Anti-Bullying Program. She is also the former Director of Education at ImprovBoston and continues to enjoy sharing the art of comedy with anyone who will listen. |

David is currently a Project Manager for a Cambridge-based genome research laboratory. |

STEPHEN GILBANE has been accompanying improv troupes and teaching improvisers to make up songs on the spot since joining ImprovBoston in 1992, when the troupe developed their signature longform improvised musical format. He was artistic director (1999-2005) of Musical Improv Company, an improvisational troupe that specialized in developing and performing full-length improvised musicals, and currently is music director of Hidden Falls, ImprovBoston’s house musical improv cast. He has composed music for nine of ImprovBoston’s annual Halloween scripted musical Gorefest productions, and co-written several short musicals and one full-length show (Showstopper! A High-Tech Musical, based on a startup company in the mid-1980’s). He was composer & co-lyricist for Pirate Lives, a full-length musical involving Noel Coward characters and pirates, that premiered in Boston in 2012. |

She takes a theme-based approach to the form and pushes students to explore - and stick with - the realities they create. Her teaching style is linear, transparent, and includes a variety of hastily-drawn yet highly-informative visual aids. The passion she feels for teaching and for the Harold itself is evident from day one. Also, she swears. A lot. |
