Here's how it works: Phase I-Oct 18 to Nov 30:    Growers: refrain from shaving their mustaches for 42 days.    You: Choose a grower or growers to sponsor. Pledge a dollar amount per day that your chosen grower can last without shaving. There is a maximum of 42 growing days in this phase. Phase II-Dec 1 to Dec 31:    Growers: are only allowed to shave if no one has made a donation in their name on the prior day.    You: Torture growers by donating to the Mustache-athon in their name. The more days you donate, the longer the mustache. Phase III-January 2008:    Growers: Will shave their mustaches which will be put up for auction.    You: Bid as much as possible on the mustaches. This is the perfect opportunity for the less hirsute of you to have your own mustache. *To make a pledge Choose a grower and click their "Make a pledge" link above to send us an email.
