Kristina Stapelfeld

Kristina Stapelfeld has been directing and performing improv since 2011. You can catch her performing on ImprovBoston’s Harold Night performing on the team “Babylon", as a a member of Boston’s favorite all-female indie team “Dangerfield” and the indie team “20 Minute Movie” that performs an improvised movie. Kristina has performed regularly at improv festivals and teaches multiple levels in the comedy school. In addition to performing, Kristina produces a monthly Ladies Improv Jam which is a jam exclusively for female-identifying improvisers in the community as a way to strengthen their scene work in a supportive environment. Her improv philosophy is rooted in grounded scene work and discovery through listening. When she’s not doing improv, she also does graphic design and plays guitar.
